This was my first meeting with Mr Petros for my annual cystoscopy. He is a very nice man who explains things in lay mans terms. Very nice bedside manner. I hope he will be my consultant next time. The nurses in the urology dept were all superb especially Emma who looked after me so well.

The doctor diagnosed my problem straight away And hopefully I'll b on me way to a full recovery couldn't recommend him highly enough he put me at ease straight away as I was in for a problem with a touchy subject . I didn't have to wait at all as I was literally just about to sit down in the waiting room. He called me and was on my way 15 min later . Cheers

Spoke to me with compassion and in layman's terms, no extravagance use of hard to pronounce medical terms, enquirer if I understood what he was explaining which made a potential uncomfortable meeting straight forward. Not a rushed meeting, easy in his manner and helped put me at ease. I felt he listened to me and understood my concerns then explained thoroughly what the intended course of action was to be with time scale.
